Apprenticeship polymechanic EFZ

We are looking for an interested student for the polymechanic apprenticeship in the mechanical, electrical and metal industry MEM for the start of the apprenticeship in August 2025.

Our field of activity

Three-Tec is a mechanical engineering company that develops and produces dosing systems, extruders and process equipment for process engineering. You can't imagine much about that? Don't worry, a lot of people do at first. We operate in a niche market and are successful because we can produce very specialized and complex devices.

The team, the company

We are a young, motivated team of 50 employees, 11 of whom are apprentices. As a second-generation family business, our employees and their development opportunities are very important to us. We have grown continuously in recent years and recently moved into our new building right next to the existing building, which has enabled us to more than triple our operating space.

Apprenticeship description

You will be trained in various departments such as the training workshop, CNC production, assembly, construction, electrical workshop, etc. During the entire training period, interdisciplinary skills such as methodological, social and personal skills are promoted and developed.

  • Enjoyment of mechanics and manual dexterity
  • Good spatial awareness and enjoyment of mathematics

At our company, apprentices are fully integrated into everyday working life at an early stage, take on responsibility early on and work independently. Of course, we also support the completion of the vocational baccalaureate.
