The volumetric and gravimetric single or twin-screw quick-change feeding devices are very easy to dismantle and clean. No tools are required as they are dismantled using quick-release fasteners. The feeding screws are secured by a bayonet lock located inside the screw. These can be dismantled and reassembled with a simple 90° turn. The hopper can also be removed and replaced with the product for even faster and contamination-free product changes.
The conical or trough-shaped hoppers are suitable for well-flowing, granular products.
