ZE 5 HMI

The standard mini extruder ZE 5 HMI in table-top format is probably the world's smallest extruder, which can be equipped with all options like its larger brothers. Especially in early development phases, often only very small amounts of active ingredient are available. Adding 1 g of material yields an extrudate of 0.75 g. The extruder can be optionally equipped with water. The extruder is optionally available with water, air or liquid nitrogen cooling as well as optical pressure measurement at the die and liquid feeders. The screw conveyors are co-rotating and can be customized by the customer with screw segments for conveying, kneading, mixing, compacting, pressing, decompressing or reverse conveying.
